MCS Traditions
At Moab Charter School, our traditions help build community, spark creativity, and make lasting memories. From hands-on art experiences to heartfelt family celebrations, these cherished events reflect the spirit of our school and the strong bonds we share with students, families, and staff.
Art Week
The last week before winter break our school holds Art Week. Throughout the week, students work on art projects that are presented to parents and families at the end of the week. Art Week is a celebration of art as an learning tool and loved by our students, staff and families. Each year projects and the final presentations look a bit different but we look forward to it each year.
Valentine’s Tea
In celebration of Valentine’s Day we hold a tea for students and their families. Students celebrate the holiday with their families in a cafe-style environment, while older students help serve treats and drinks, under the supervisor of our staff. This event is made possible by our team, students and our stakeholders and families.
